Pororo The Little Penguin
This cute little penguin seems to have many idols. Even my youngest daughter really admires this character.
This Pororo cake was made for Lakeisha's birthday. Similar to my previous design of Pororo as requested by her Mom.
Although similar but still made a little different ^_^.

Pororo The Little Penguin & Friends
This cake was ordered by my old friend in elementary school for her daughter named OCEAN...what a beautiful name ^_^.
Base cake was Death by Chocolate; 3 layer Moist Chocolate Sponge filling chocolate cream (ganache).
It is important to note that for decorating using fondant, the composition of ganache made: whipped cream: cooking chocolate = 1:2 so the ganache will get a fairly stiff and not easy to melt.
