The carnation cupcake made of Choco Velvet cupcake topping pink (strawberry flavor) chocolate ganache.

Carnation Cupcake Bouquet

Carnation was made of butter cream using tip #102,

while chrysanthemum and leafs were made of chocolate modeling.

Resep butter cream  menggunakan resep Wilton:

Bahan:

190 gr mentega putih (solid white vegetable shortening)

450 gr gula halus (confectioners's sugar)

40 ml air atau susu

1 sdt vanila flavour

10 gr (1 tbsp) meringue powder

Cara:

Mixer mentega putih sampai lembut, lalu masukkan gula halus, meringue poeder, air, flavour.

Kemudian mixer lagi sampai diperoleh adonan yang sesuai.

Untuk menghasilkan butter cream yg lebih cair (tidak kaku),

tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit mulai dari 15 ml /1 sdt.

Kue ultah ini orderan sesama bakuler yang menantang uji nyali..hahaha
Dipersembahkan untuk sohibnya, mbak Dyah.
Cupcakenya Red Velvet yang tanpa pewarna tambahan (hanya dari buat bit)..hasilnya nyoklat..
pantesnya ganti nama jadi Choco Velvet :-)

Daun dari plastik itu sebenarnya tambahan untuk menyangga..takut terguling waktu delivery..benar-benar bikin cemas..hehe
tapi Alhamdulillah..selamat..makasih banyak Nirwana Express..jangan kapok ya delivery kue saya..:-)

N big thanks buat Mbak Din atas tantangannya..next time mesti rajin menggauli buttercream nich  biar tangannya lemes..
kaya'nya kaku kelamaan maen fondant :-).
