Red Velvet Fruity cake

A red velvet cake was a signature dessert at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City during the 1920s. According to a common urban legend of the 1960s a woman once asked for the recipe for the cake, and was billed a large amount. Indignant, she spread the recipe in a chain letter.(wikipedia.org)

My Red Velvet is a cake with Red-Brown Color. Red is from the beetroot and brown is from the cocoa. As mentioned in my early post about the recipe of this cake; another ingredients are buttermilk, butter, sugar and flour.

The cake was layered with cheese frosting; compose of butter, cream cheese and whipped cream. And for the topping as seen..there are fresh Kiwi, Strawberry (cutting with cookie-cutter heart shape) and also Roses from chocolate modeling.
Ordered by my friend...hope she like it ^_^
